Cappuccino Bar Prices


1 Cappuccino Cart Bar with 1 Barista: $250.00 plus tax (for up to 25 guest, up to 2 hours serving, 15-20 min set-up).

Evening and weekend pricing starts at $300.00 (for up to 25 guest, up to 2 hours serving, 15-20 min set-up).

Additional Cost Per Hour: $125.00

The Cappuccino Bar comes with everything needed to serve regular or decaf, hot or over-ice espresso, cappuccino, latte, coffee, steamers, hot chocolate and chai tea and plain or flavored coffees. Standard set up is on our 4 foot rolling cart with black, red or green table cloth or a table cloth you provide included free. We can provide 6 foot table with white cloth and black or burgundy skirting and bistro décor for an additional $100 each. Visit our website at for photos. Guests are not limited to one beverage.

We provide 10 oz Styrofoam cups with optional lids for hot beverages, and 12 oz clear plastic cups for beverages over ice. Also included are cappuccino syrup flavors, drink suggestion menu sweet-nlow, splenda, sugar, napkins, stirrer sticks, ice for the iced cappuccinos, whipped cream and chocolate or cinnamon sprinkle powder for the tops.

Menu: Espresso, Americano, Cappuccino or Latte, Caramel Mocha, Cinnamon Crème, Cinnamon Mocha, Cinnamon Nut, White Chocolate Mocha, Chocolate Raspberry, Sugar Free Hazelnut, Sugar Free Vanilla, Hot Chocolate and Chai Tea Latte. Steamers also available (Any of the above flavors without espresso)and a small assortment of teas we can serve hot or iced. We also often carry a Seasonal flavor free.

Standard set-up for a Cappuccino Cart bar is 15-20 minutes prior to event unless coffee bar, skirted tables and/or extensive décor are ordered. Additional set up time or set up with time lapse before serving are available for an additional fee. 8.25% Sales tax will be added to all charges unless for a non profit organization with an exemption certificate, or with a resale certificate through another caterer. 50% Non–refundable deposit required to reserve each event date, with final payment due one week prior to event date.
