The Belgian Waffle Bar
Comes with everything needed to serve your guests huge, piping hot, thick and tasty Belgian Waffles with their choice of toppings.

We roll in our 4 foot cart bar and set up on our 4 foot folding table or a table already on site,
depending on space available. We can provide 6 foot table with white cloth and black or
burgundy skirt and bistro decor for an additional $100 each.

We provide the server, two Flip Belgian Waffle makers (each waffle maker takes 2 minutes to cook each waffle), plates, plastic forks and knives, butter, regular and light maple syrup, honey, strawberry, blueberry and apple toppings, powdered sugar and whipped cream. Our server sets up, prepares the waffle batter and pours it into self-serve cups for your guests to pour into the waffle iron. The guest or our server will pour the batter into the waffle maker, flip it and when the waffle is done the maker will signal with a beep. Once the waffle is done, it is put on a plate and ready for your guests to top it just the way they like it!

Standard Toppings offered: strawberry, blueberry and apple pie type toppings, regular and light maple syrup, honey, powdered sugar and whipped cream. Other toppings available for an additional price.

Standard set-up for a waffle bar is 15-20 minutes prior to event unless coffee bar, skirted tables and/or extensive d├ęcor are ordered. Additional set up time or set up with time lapse before serving are available for an additional fee.

8.25% Sales tax will be added to all charges unless for a non profit organization with an exemption certificate, or with a resale certificate through another caterer. 50% deposit required to reserve each event date, with final payment due one week prior to event date.
